On January 14, 2022, Empire Wind presented their initial fisheries mitigation plans to members of the F-TWG.

• Fisheries Mitigation Plan for Empire Wind I. Version 1.0 of a plan dated October 23, 2019, which was prepared pursuant to Section 12.05 of the Offshore Wind Renewable Energy Certificate Purchase and Sale Agreement by and between the New York State Energy Development and Research Authority and Empire US LLC.

• Fisheries Mitigation Plan for Empire Wind II. Version 1.0 of a plan dated January 14, 2022, which was prepared pursuant to Section 12.05 of the Offshore Wind Renewable Energy Certificate Purchase and Sale Agreement by and between the New York State Energy Development and Research Authority and Empire US LLC.
