New Jersey’s Board of Public Utilities has selected both Atlantic Shores and Ørsted’s Ocean Wind 2 projects in its latest 2.7GW offshore wind solicitation. Both projects will use EEW foundation manufacturing facilities that will be constructed in Paulsboro, NJ and will invest $3.5 billion in the state.
